Before you subscribe, here’s exactly how membership billing works — no fine print, just the facts.
The short version
A membership is a monthly subscription. Right now we take membership payments at the counter — no card is stored or charged automatically — and the membership renews month to month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, online, in about three clicks — and you’ll never owe anything past the month you’ve already paid for.
What it costs
- One Child — $59.00/month (Founders: $50.15/month).
- Two Children — $89.00/month (Founders: $75.65/month).
- Three+ Children — $109.00/month (Founders: $92.65/month).
Every tier includes 5 hot drip coffee credits per month (each good up to 16 oz). Credits roll over within the calendar year and every balance resets to zero on January 1 — we email you your remaining balance on December 1 and December 26 so you can drink up first.
How renewal works
- Sign up online, then pay your first month at the counter — your membership activates as soon as our staff confirm the payment.
- Each following month is paid the same way, at the counter on your monthly renewal date. Nothing is charged automatically and we don’t store your card number. When automatic card billing launches, we’ll update this page before anything changes.
- There’s no minimum term and no cancellation fee — the subscription simply continues month to month until you cancel.
How to cancel
- Online: sign in, open your membership page, and choose cancel. That’s the whole process — the same place you signed up.
- Or just ask a human: email contactus@gatherandground.com, call 775-217-7587, or tell us at the counter, and we’ll cancel it for you.
- When it takes effect: at the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. You keep your membership and credits until then, and there are no further charges after that.
- Changed your mind? You can undo a cancellation from the same page any time before your period ends, and your membership continues like nothing happened.
A note for Founders
The Founders discount — 15% off your membership price plus 5% off the entire menu — lasts for the life of your subscription, meaning as long as it stays continuously active. If you cancel, the Founders rate ends with your subscription; rejoining later is at the standard rate. Worth knowing before you hit cancel.
