Before you subscribe, here’s exactly how membership billing works — no fine print, just the facts.
The short version
A membership is a monthly subscription. Your card is charged automatically every month on your billing date, and the subscription keeps renewing until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, online, in about three clicks — and you’ll never be charged again after the period you’ve already paid for.
What it costs
- One Child — $59.00/month (Founders: $50.15/month).
- Two Children — $89.00/month (Founders: $75.65/month).
- Three+ Children — $109.00/month (Founders: $92.65/month).
Tiers count children ages 1 and up — children under 1 are always free and don’t count toward your tier.
Every tier includes 5 hot drip coffee credits per month (each good up to 16 oz). Credits roll over within the calendar year and every balance resets to zero on January 1 — we email you your remaining balance on December 1 and December 26 so you can drink up first.
How renewal works
- Your first charge happens when you subscribe; each renewal charge happens automatically on your monthly billing date after that.
- Payments are processed by Stripe using the card you provide. We never see or store your card number.
- There’s no minimum term and no cancellation fee — the subscription simply continues month to month until you cancel.
How to cancel
- Online: sign in, open your membership page, and choose cancel. That’s the whole process — the same place you signed up.
- Or just ask a human: email contact@gatherandground.com, call 775-217-7587, or tell us at the counter, and we’ll cancel it for you.
- When it takes effect: at the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. You keep your membership and credits until then, and there are no further charges after that.
- Changed your mind? You can undo a cancellation from the same page any time before your period ends, and your membership continues like nothing happened.
A note for Founders
The Founders discount — 15% off your membership price plus 5% off the entire menu — lasts for the life of your subscription, meaning as long as it stays continuously active. If you cancel, the Founders rate ends with your subscription; rejoining later is at the standard rate. Worth knowing before you hit cancel.
