How your coffee credits work
- Every month, your membership adds 5 hot drip coffee credits to your account on your billing cycle.
- Unused credits roll over month to month within the calendar year — save a few for the busy weeks.
- Every balance resets to zero on January 1, so December is the month to drink up.
- We’ll never let it sneak up on you — reminder emails with your remaining balance go out December 1 and December 26.
- Redeeming is easy: at the counter, give us your name or phone number — or scan the QR code from your account page — and we’ll put a credit toward your hot drip coffee.
- A credit covers any hot drip coffee up to 16 oz — from a cozy in-house mug to our largest to-go cup.
